Policy Statement
Integrated Systems & Devices Limited (ISDL) is committed to quality and safe operations that
protect people, the environment, communities, and assets wherever we conduct business in the
safety and security industry. We shall utilize natural resources efficiently and provide energy
that supports sustainable development. We firmly believe that all accidents are preventable.
Therefore, our primary focus shall be on accident prevention while delivering our consistently
exceptional world-class services. We are committed to:
• Integrating Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) into our business operations
through the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Protecting the environment, including reducing the environmental impact of our operations
and products/services by minimizing waste, conserving resources, and preventing
pollution.
• Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and
illnesses among our employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks.
• Engaging in consultation and participation with workers and, where applicable, workers’
representatives.
• Ensuring clear definition and agreement of requirements from our customers and
interested parties.
• Consistently delivering products and services that not only meet but exceed customer
requirements, striving for excellence in all our endeavors.
• Fulfilling applicable legal and other requirements related to the IMS that we subscribe to.
• Implementing the principles of risk-based thinking and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)
cycle to continually improve IMS performance.
All Integrated Systems & Devices Limited (ISDL) employees are required to:
• Exercise reasonable care for the environment and the health and safety of themselves and
others who may be affected by their actions or omissions.
• Play an active role in the success of our Integrated Management System (IMS) by adhering
to established processes, promptly reporting incidents, and actively participating in the
pursuit of IMS objectives
This policy shall be communicated to relevant stakeholders and serve as the framework for
establishing IMS objectives at all organizational levels. The policy will be regularly reviewed for
continuing suitability to ensure that it continues to be in alignment with evolving business needs.
